JOHNNY PATRONIS
A native of Atlanta, Johnny Patronis has more than 18 years of experience in residential construction and commercial development. Johnny’s career started with a desire to build homes and communities while preserving the historic integrity of Atlanta’s landscapes Johnny is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Economics.
BARRY MILAM
Since building and selling his first home when he was 18, Barry has loved residential real estate. A second generation builder and real estate broker, Barry’s passion is working with people to help them get their dream home. Barry’s mother was the first woman builder in Atlanta passing along not only her love of building but also teaching him design and proportion. Having been featured in the AJC many times such as being the first builder in Atlanta to stucco a home since World War II, the first to use whirlpool tubs as standard equipment, etc., Barry is known for his genius of being innovative.
Barry is a native Atlantan and attended The University of Georgia with a major in Real Estate. His more than 37 years of experience in the Atlanta Real estate market makes him an excellent resource for a client looking to build a new home or remodel their current one. One of Barry’s great talents is his abliity to design and transform your thoughts and ideas into reality. In additon, Barry has worked with top architects in Atlanta and his clients to bring a project together.
Before joining Buckhead Homebuilder’s, Barry’s real estate company sold over $225 million worth of residential real estate in Atlanta. Through his building companies, Barry has built more than 400 custom homes ranging in size from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet, including past Governor George Busbee’s personal home .
